VR Workshop at D&AD

We're excited to announce that we're teaming up with D&AD to give a workshop as part of the New Blood festival.

The conference consists of a full 2-day’s of exhibitions, keynotes, workshops, portfolio surgeries, activations and fringe events, all in the aim to get the students excited about the industry. Our workshop, entitled "Smoke and Mirrors (and how to build them)" is designed as a storytelling bootcamp for aspiring VR creators.

In this hands-on no bullshit workshop, we’ll demystify the medium and look at what it takes to create for VR: the tech, the philosophy, the new storytelling language, and the need for a new breed of experience designers. We’ll analyse the best and worst of what’s out today before doing an epic world-building exercise.
