The Brief

Three challenged us to amplify their campaign for the launch of their ‘Feel At Home’ roaming service - available in over 60 countries. Three needed to engage customers in a fun way that captured their unique tongue-in-cheek style.

Our Approach

For this 360 animated film, we took customers on a journey to 5 exotic destinations covered in Three’s roaming plan. On the Samsung Gear, we launched viewers into a fast-paced adventure from the comfort of their chairs and challenged them to find the Three mascot hiding in each location.

Three reassured new and returning customers that even if they ‘Never Settle’, they can rely on the service to ‘Feel at Home’ when they’re abroad.

The Results

  • Hundreds queued for the activation in each shopping centre
  • More than 50% of people shared personal details with Three
  • Showcased in Westfields London and the Bullring in Birmingham over 4 days
  • Three to showcase ‘Never Settle’ across retail stores nationwide
